About the Item

Two pairs of Important Italian Mid-Century Modern lounge chairs / armchairs / slipper chairs by Gastone Rinaldi. These stunning.pieces have a rare, architectural presence and are composed of an enameled steel frame finished with brass caps on the feet and details. The innovation and drama is provided by the curved and angled seats and backrests that are cantilevered over a breath-taking multi-tiered architectural frame. The chairs are shown with their original seat coverings and are easily reupholstered, if desired. Priced and sold by the Pair.
