About the Item
Scandinavian modern rattan lounge chair designed by Carl Öjerstam for Ikea.
This design was made from a light weight bamboo frame. The chair had limited production with Ikea Sweden from 2001-2005 and won the Red Dot Award in 2002.
This lounge chair offers great comfort and support due to the formed rattan and the presence of the headrest.
It's elegantly shaped and surprisingly comfortable, making it suitable for any Scandinavian modern or mid-century modern-inspired home. A true eye-catcher that can definitely also work in an outdoor environment such as a balcony or a covered terrace.
