About the Item

Stylish vintage swivel, tilt desk chair, having a wood base, with an upholstered seat and backrest. The chair is adjustable in height and the backrest is adjustable in position, and tension. Probably made by noted office furniture maker Vaughn, in the manner of Gunlocke, circa 1940's. This example is in very good, original, clean and ready to use condition, showing only light cosmetic wear, and signs of age and use, normal and consistent with age.
