About the Item

Pair of stylish Mid Century high back office, or lounge ,chairs - made in the USA by the Dellwood Furniture United Chair Division, circa 1970's. The chairs feature squared bright chrome frames with floating wood armrests, and unusual sculptural curved high backs. Stylistically reminiscent of the iconic Nelson paddle arm chairs etc. Both chairs are structurally sound and sturdy, built to commercial standards, and capable of withstanding regular and heavy use. Both chairs show some cosmetic wear to their upholstery, as follows. Blue chair fabric ( tweed ) shows some fading and wear Green chair ( vinyl ) clean, free of damage or repairs Both are in good ready to use condition, or have them reupholstered to taste if you prefer. Offered and priced as a pair. Total H 39.25" x Arm H 27" x Seat H 18.5" x D 28"

    Wear consistent with age and use. Both are structurally sound and sturdy, the chrome frames are bright and shinny. The upholstery on both chairs show minor wear, more evident in the blue chair. Minor wear to finish of wood arms, normal and consistent with age.
