About the Item

Post-Modern 'Teatro' side chairs in solid beech wood designed by architect Aldo Rossi and Luca Meda and manufactured by Italian furniture company Molteni circa 1980s. These beautiful and timeless chairs feature a minimalist, geometric design with leather upholstery and lacquer finish. We have 12 of these chairs available in black, 10 in green, and 10 in natural finish, and 10 in stock to be refinished and reupholstered. Reupholstery in other fabrics/leather and custom lacquer finishes available upon request. Price is per chair. Aldo Rossi (1931 - 1997), a leading exponent of the postmodern movement, was an Italian architect and designer who achieved international recognition in four distinct areas: architectural theory, drawing, design, and product design.
