This pair of beautiful blackwood chairs was crafted a century ago in Shanghai, a bustling port city that was at the forefront of taste and influence in Chinese culture during the early 20th century. Made in the style of Art Deco, the striking, geometric forms of these chairs are decorated with intricate carvings, reminiscent of the scrollwork and auspicious symbols seen in traditional Chinese woodworking. Seat can be turned over for optional seat cushion. Additional dimensions: Seat height 17.75".
