Pair Mid-Century Tweed Upholstered Slipper Chairs, circa 1950s-60s. Chairs feature upholstered contoured backs and gently sloped, armless profiles. Chairs are upholstered in original textured tweed fabric with metallic threads, shades of teal, light blue and cream, with a subtle tonal striping that lends both warmth and sophistication. The low lounge-like silhouette is complemented by wooden splayed, tapered legs. The backrest is heart or butterfly shaped with a wide rectangular seat. Their compact, armless design makes them perfect accent chairs for living spaces, bedrooms, or reading nooks, while the ample seat and backrest offer comfort and support.
