On offer on this occasion is something really quite-remarkable, and quite possibly one of the most-desirable and sought-after large-scale sofas available today, it being a huge, iconic “271 Mex Cube” 9-piece, 10-12 seat sectional-sofa (consisting of a number of sofa-units capable of making any number of seating-configurations) all dressed in their top-grade “Cat Z” leather in a mid-brown, from the world renown Italian furniture house of Cassina.
As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in this Piero Lissoni masterpiece, Cassina pieces are the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, are of peerless quality, and exhibit detailing and execution of an unrivalled standard.
In a world of temporary pleasures, Cassina create beautiful furniture that remains a joy forever, and there can be no-better expression of that philosophy than this doyen of the seating-world.
Dressed in their most stunning and tactile “Cat Z” leather option in a divine, demure mid-brown. Whilst being as robust and hard-wearing as rhino skin, its softness and texture (as illustrated in the close-up images provided) is simply divine to the touch. Leather does not come more-refined or high-grade than this.
This piece is in superb, immaculately-maintained condition, having seen light, irregular use in the past. Its handsome order reflects the TLC and considerate use afforded it at its previous home and, aside from one-or-two minor, light, insignificant marks across the seats and the arms (as you might expect from a sofa and leather of this nature), is as well-presented as you could possibly hope to find.
As the images provided will attest, these issues prove to be of modest overall significance and, rather than being mentioned because they detract hugely from the beauty of the piece, are mentioned purely for the purposes of accuracy.

A more wonderfully-executed example of modern, informal seating is difficult to imagine and, with all of the possibilities it offers configuration-wise, is a truly accomplished and talented all-rounder.
In its current fantastic condition, it would clearly meet the requirements of all but the true-perfectionist but, for someone looking for a piece of high-design to position at the heart of family life, it is truly heaven sent! This superb piece possesses all the beauty and majesty of the finest contemporary furniture money can buy, and is dressed in one of the most unashamedly-luxurious and satisfying leathers imaginable.
This incredible suite consists of 4 armed/corner-sections measuring H-70cm x W-90cm and D-110cm , 3 non-armed sections measuring H-70cm x W-90cm and D-90cm, and 2 ottoman-sections measuring H-38cm x W-90cm and D-90cm, that can be employed however you see or prefer.
As you will recognise from the images provided, we have created a 10-12-seat sofa configuration (as we would possibly expect it to be used) but, in our experience, as many people choose to split the sections too (as per the other images provided) so, really, the possibilities are (almost) endless, and the decision as to how you use all of this exceptionally-flexible and practical seating is entirely yours.
For reference, the U-shaped configuration pictured first measures H-70cm x W-400cm x D-200cm, the 3 separated sofa/armchair sections pictured next measure H-70cm, W-310cm and D-90cm per sofa and H-70cm, W-90cm and D-90cm for the chair respectively, and the 2 separated different-sized sofa-sections pictured next measure H-70cm, W-310cm and D-90cm and H-70cm, D- 400cm and W-90cm respectively etc etc, so hope this is helpful regarding understanding its flexible-nature and considerable-scale.
