About the Item
The sofa created by Egyptian-born architect and designer Tarek Sharma was first presented during Nomad Capri 2023 as part of the collection Capriccio Egiziano. Tarek Shamma established himself as an architect in London & Dubai and has trained with some of the most-renowned names, including Zaha Hadid and David Chipperfield. He started a notable collaboration with Christian Louboutin, for whom he designed boutique interiors and now develops a series of unique architectural projects from Melides to Luxor. His constant attention to craftsmanship, geometric figures, and the richness of materials are his signature. Tarek Shamma has been recognized as Designer of the Year 2025 by Condé Nast House & Garden magazine and is featured on the prestigious AD100 list for both 2024 and 2025.
