A rare and elegant Italian Mid-Century Modern vanity chair attributed to Marco Zanuso The piece defines Italian 1950s design with it sleek lines and it's dramatic, forward thinking profile. It features long, sensuous, tapered brass legs endings in splayed feet. The legs support an organic, sculptural seat that is rhythmic and flowing in its lines and movement and defines the sensuality of the piece. Overall, the chair is small masterpiece of design. Marco Zanuso was a master of form and design. His bold creations defined mid-century culture in Italy and set the standard worldwide for innovation. His work is much sought after.
