The Pressure stool and bench are made from aluminum sheets into which a pattern is pressed. On one hand, this pressure hardens the material; on the other, aluminum—typically cold and rigid—takes on a surprisingly soft and pleasing appearance. This technique allows for the creation of lightweight seating using aluminum just 2 mm thick.
