Wingback Armchair in Beige Floral Upholstery
About the Item
Easy chair, beech, beige floral fabric, Europe, 1950s
This strong, playful wingback chair is designed with a slightly tilted back in order to provide sitting comfort. The wooden armrests are pointing upwards and flow gracefully from the backrest as if they were branches. The floral beige fabric is original and features red piping.
Please note that this item is in good, used condition. The frame and fabric shows signs of wear and use common for pieces this age. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.

After attending the Scuola Speciale di Architettura at the Brera Academy and graduating in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 1927 Ulrich started his successful career.
