This pair of French Art Deco Wingback Armchairs, circa 1930–1940 are perfectly imperfect, as the deconstructed armchairs expose the framing and construction of the backside while offering a comfortable seat. Newly upholstered in Green Mid-Wale Cotton Corduroy, these elegant high-back armchairs have subtle wings, scroll arms, and squared stepped bases in dark-stained wood. The design blends traditional wing chair comfort with the clean lines and restrained geometry of French Art Deco. Light wear to frames consistent with age.
