About the Item

Mid-Century open bookcase crafted from richly grained rosewood, likely produced in the 1960s. This minimalist storage piece features three height-adjustable glass shelves that rest within a rosewood frame. The raised base sits on squared legs with 7.75" floor clearance, lending the unit a lighter, more elevated profile. The back panel is a lighter wood that’s been stained to harmonize with the darker rosewood frame. Its bold wood grain figure spans the entire rear surface, giving the bookshelf visual depth even when sparsely filled. A beautiful balance of openness and structure. In original vintage condition with visible wear, including scuffs and minor discoloration consistent with age and use.
