This bookcase is one of the most spectacular pieces of furniture I have ever seen, you can comfortably fit hundreds of books in one place with this piece, it truly offers monumental amounts of storage
I've not seen another example with this kind of French or Italian style Neo classical carving to the top, they depict Cherubs with foliage either side
The shelves are all removable and height adjustable, the piece splits into five easy to transport and install pieces, the timber is all solid mahogany with flamed mahogany panels all over
Condition wise we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, apart from normal patina marks from honest age and use the piece is lovely condition throughout
