'Shifting Forms' Shelves by REM Atelier

‘Shifting Forms’ consists of no less than 600 handmade ceramic tiles, treated with six different glazes and carefully fired at different temperatures. With their refined precision, the tiles are a negative of REM atelier previous design and offer a playful and unexpected reinterpretation of both form and function.
This multi-functional piece of furniture can serve as a bookshelf and consists of eight separate modules that seamlessly blend together. Each element also stands alone as a functional object, available separately and remarkable in its simplicity and sophistication.
