This is an antique two tier display stand. An English, mahogany whatnot with cabinet lower, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1860. Beautifully presented stand with a suite of useful storage Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order Select stocks present fine grain interest throughout Appealing caramel hues dance beneath a quality wax polish finish Two tiered gallery upper ideal for hosting ornaments or decanters Pair of drawers to base, dressed with circular pulls and inset brass locks — key present Field panel cabinet door secured with a working, brass-lined lock Raised upon a quartet of short legs terminating in ball feet This is an attractive antique two tear display stand with wonderful craftsmanship. A treat for any room. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
