Modernist Style; Modernism; Art Deco; John Van Zeeland; Belgian Design; Belgian Architecture; Listed Building; Heritage; Prové; Belgium; Avant Garde; Belgium; Nieuwe Zakelijkheid; Cabinet; Sideboard; Storage; Storage Unit; Storing; Drawers; Modernist avant-garde cabinet, designed by Belgian architect John Van Zeeland. A storage unit with art deco influences, dating back to the 1930s even though it has more in common with more recent art movements. It’s a rather avant-garde item and unique in its kind, as this piece was part of the interior of a Belgian listed building, "Dokterswoning Prové". In addition to the heritage building itself, the original furniture is also very valuable today.
