This is a very old Japanese cabinet. It dates from the early Showa period (1920s-1940s). It is made of cedar. It is decorated with bamboo and has a traditional Japanese design. Both the upper and lower shelves are included, so you can store a lot of things. The sliding door hardware has developed a beautiful patina over the years. The drawers open and close smoothly.
