From Niagara Furniture a PAIR Vintage Theodore Alexander Gentleman’s Chests in excellent original, as found, condition.
Simple yet sophisticated this PAIR Vintage Theodore Alexander Gentleman’s Chests have everything going for them. With a robust breakfront type design the chests command attention from the front and the sides and tops of the pieces are even more beautifully designed. Constructed from the finest possible materials and finished to perfection these chests were designed as part of the legendary “Althorp” collection based upon designs found in the home where the 9th earl of Spencer resides. Inside the top drawer is a factory original makers mark and the exterior of the drawers are decorated with the finest quality hardware. As an added bonus there is a large pullout tray found near the top of each chest
The breakfront shaped front is a classic design feature and this shape is highlighted on the top of the chests and this shaping continues downward and is reflected on the drawer fronts. High quality construction throughout is exemplified in the solid mahogany carvings, the designer style hardware as well as the dovetailed drawer interiors.
Each Measures 32w x 18d x 34h
As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall this item is in excellent original condition.
