About the Item
A smart and extremely well made pair of antique military campaign chest of drawers. They were made in England, they date from around the 1930’s.
The quality is excellent, they are a great size to be used as decent sized bedside chests, or as side chests / tables around the home; they are very functional. The wood has a lovely colour tone and patina, they have high quality brass mounts and handles.
We have had them recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age. There are a few very small marks and indentations here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
