About the Item
A fantastic pair of antique military campaign style bedside chests. They were made in England, and date from around the 1930’s.
They are of superb quality and are a lovely size, perfect for use as bedside chests or even as side tables in a living room. There are wonderful brass fixtures throughout, including military handles and brass corner fittings. Each chest has three generous drawers and inset black leather tops with tooled edges, they sit on bracket feet.
We have recently had these re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age, and they have acquired a gorgeous patina over the years. There is just some minor historical wear remaining here and there.
