18th Century Italian Ladies Desk

About the Item

Charming and rare 18th C. Italian painted small ladies desk having deep yellow, maroon and and gold/ochre scrolling foliate in chinoiserie motifs with similar painted detail to both sides, raised on delicate slender cabriole legs. Original condition with some losses. Italy, circa 1780
