A highly decorative 19th century French Bonheur du Jour in richly figured satinwood, enhanced with finely cast and gilded ormolu mounts in the Louis XVI style. Raised on tapered legs with cast sabots and trailing floral mounts, the piece features an upper cabinet flanked by classical urn appliqués, a shaped brass gallery, and gilt embellishments throughout.
