20th Century Grand Ash Prewar Desk with Brass Fillings

About the Item

20th Century Grand Ash Prewar Desk with Brass Fillings We present you a big ash desk circa before 1939. This piece of furniture is placed on high, angular legs. There are rows of drawers on both sides, which are divided by a central drawer under the top. The top is composed of three sections lined with black artificial leather with a gold frame. Furthermore, the drawer with brass escutcheons can be locked with a single key which fits every lock. It is possible to exhibit the rear section of the piece. Presented desk has not undergone renovation. There are visible marks that have been left by woodworms, which are currently filled with wax. On one side of the desk, there is a fixed modern slideway.
