Mahogany Chippendale Style Faux Partners Desk. Circa 1900 This Desk is Raised Upon Cabriole Legs with Boldly Carved Ball and Claw Feet and Having Carved Acanthus Leaves to the Knees. The Writing desk Features 5 Oak Lined Drawers which Retain Their Original Brass Swan Neck Handles. The Faux Reverse of the Desk Being a Mirror Image of the Front. The Top of the Desk Having a Fitted Burgundy Leather Writing Surface with Hand Applied Gilt and Blind Tooling and a Gadrooned Molding.
