We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely original circa 1815 Regency bow front kneehole partner desk in solid mahogany with Lion hairy paw feet A good looking and well-made piece, the timber patina is glorious, the Lion hairy paw feet expertly carved, all the locks are present correct and original, the bow front means you have a larger top drawer and have more space for your legs We have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, there will be patina marks in the form of a little-raised timber and the odd mark or scratch, its pretty fantastic considering it's over 200 years old, to my eyes and hands it looks glorious Dimensions: Height:- 74.5cm Width:- 114.5cm Depth:- 60cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses. Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
