- Condition:Replacements made: The original Marble was replaced with a newer slightly smaller piece. Wear consistent with age and use. Fair; structurally solid. Sun fading / discoloration. Finish wear to baseboard as well as marking and edgewear. Marble is a replacement which is slightly smaller than the width of the frame. Some lifting to the veneer as well as a small piece missing.
