19th Century French Empire Desk, in the Manner of Jacob Desmalter



Nineteenth century French Empire desk after Jacob Desmalter at Fontainebleau Palace. This ebonized mahogany desk is decorated with gilt bronze pulls and molded decorative accents and rests upon a claw-footed platform base which supports a rectangular top inset with a white leather surface.
