This desk, an antique from Japan's Taisho period (1912-1926 CE), serves as both a desk and a table. is a rarity in Japanese design.
It features Japanese oak legs and a Japanese chestnut top. At some point in its history, it was repainted in black, giving it a renewed, stylish look. Despite showing signs of wear, its charm is undeniable.
Desks of this design are very rare in Japan.
Simple yet elegant, this desk adds a touch of history and style to any space.
