French Mid-Century Pair of Brass End Tables with New Taj Mahal Quartzite Tops
About the Item
A French pair of small brass tables, with new quartzite tops, from the mid 20th century. These mid-century tables from France each have new rectangular-shaped custom "Taj Mahal" quartzite tops, atop brass bases consisting of a clean lined apron, and presented upon four rounded and ribbed legs, which are braced with brass x-style stretchers about the underside of the table, above the feet. The warm white quartzite tops (known for its durability) are paired nicely with the shiny brass; which has a subtle patina starting to show throughout their bodies. This mid 20th century pair of French side tables, with their pop of color and clean/airy design, would be perfect floated within a room, flanking a sofa.
