About the Item

A divine pair of Japanese inspired cantilever end tables by Thomas Moser, crafted in solid cherry. The legs and feet taper as they rise, hand-hewn to form crisp, concise edges. The feet culminate at the base of the leg in a complex mortise-and-tenon joint, with the leg pinned securely to the top. The intricately grained tops are made of hand picked North American Cherry. These beauties appear to defy gravity, though they are solid and sturdy as can be. They are perfect as large bedside table, or next to sofa. The tables are in their original condition with light age consistent wear in the form of nominal cosmetic scratches and small nicks. Overall they present beautifully with just the right amount of wear and warm, glowing patina. Both tables signed to bottom.
