This elegant set of vintage "tables gigognes" (nesting tables) was crafted in Paris by the esteemed Maison Baguès, circa 1950. Made of brass, each of the three rectangular tables features refined neoclassical lines and meticulous detailing. The tapered legs are fluted and capped with turned collars at the shoulders, connected by delicate stretcher bars for added structural integrity and balance. The tops are adorned with the original verre églomisé glass, giving the surfaces a rich, mirrored finish with deep smoky undertones. The nesting tables set is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich patinated gilt finish.
