Mid 20th Century English Regency Style Candlestand by Riffemoor Inc. Riffemoor was an antique and interior design business in american that specialized in importing fine furniture from England. This beautiful English Regency style example features a round dish top over a graduated ring turned support leading a downswept tripod base with brass capped castors. The base is constructed via mortise and tenon joinery and marked Riffemoor Inc. Made in England. This table is quite possibly older than the 1950s. Historical context suggests that Riffemoor began using this tag in the early 1900s.
