19th Century English Oak Clover Top Table

About the Item

19th century hand-carved oak side table from England. The top is in the shape of a clover with hand carved scalloped banding and beveled edges. There is a central simple medallion which accentuates all of the surrounding carved decoration. The apron is also hand scalloped and carved. The apron settles in a central point which is decorated with a hand turned finial. The table is supported on hand turned and slightly splayed legs, which are joined by turned stretchers.
