About the Item
The S–Side Table is part of Ollain, the latest exclusive collection from Tellurico, available solely through 1stDibs. Launched in 2020 with three initial forms—S, M, and L—the collection continues to evolve, with this vibrant yellow edition introduced in January 2022.
Entirely handcrafted in Italy, the S–Side Table embodies Tellurico’s ongoing exploration into the intersection of historic craft and contemporary design. Drawing from the ancient stucco technique, each table is formed through the careful layering of S.C.M. (Special Composite Material), a proprietary blend of recycled waste, pigment, and binder, onto a carved base. The result is a textured, tactile surface that feels both sculptural and refined.
More than a side table, this is a functional sculpture: a collectible piece that reflects a deep commitment to craftsmanship, research, and process. Each table is produced in a limited edition, ensuring exclusivity and value for collectors and designers seeking meaningful, high-end design objects.
Customisations in colour, form, or scale are available upon request, and bespoke commissions can be developed in close dialogue with clients.

Tellurico
Tellurico is a multidisciplinary design studio specialised in objects, spaces and installations design, founded in 2017 by Francesco Pace. Tellurico's practice is mainly focused on pushing forward the boundary between art and design, using the combination of contemporary aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship. All the products presented on 1stDibs are limited editions or one-offs and they are the result of cutting-edge experimentation blended with high-end materials. n 2020 Tellurico has been nominated by Platform Magazine among the Best Italian Designers. In 2021 Tellurico won the prestigious Officine Saffi Awards with his project Telluride and in 2022 has been listed among the Next Pure Talent of 2022 by Elle Decor. So far, Tellurico’s works have been presented in many international venues such as the Biennale of Design in Venice, Van AbbeMuseum in Eindhoven, M.A.D.RE. in Naples, Triennale di Milano, Emma Scully Gallery in New York, Brohan Museum in Berlin, Dutch Design Week Beirut Design Fair, Italian Pavilion in Barcelona, Zoya Gallery in Bratislava and others.
