French Art Deco Side Table in Walnut
About the Item
Side table, walnut, France, 1940s
This side table of French origin is created in one of the most influential periods for the arts namely the Art Deco Movement. Its cross-shaped frame with bent sides holds the table tops firmly in place. Note the mirrored walnut veneer which is divided in four sections, resulting in a square shape in the centre. A sculptural piece of furniture, this table is both visually striking and functional.
Please note that this item is in good, used condition with signs of age and use. This includes wear mainly visible on the legs. Restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
