About

A fine circa 1785 Russian satinwood one drawer side table with top having elaborate centre foliate inlays of boxwood, palisander, and fruitwood in banded oval, with palisander banded edge surmounting inlaid ribbon-tied swag frieze on all four sides above carved gilt spiral-ribbon banding on square parcel gilt tapering panel-carved supports with rosette corner blocks above gilt bellflower motifs ending in unique square tapering block-form plinth feet.
