This side table is one of 14 one-of-a-kind objects that were cut from a single piece of 10"-thick stone. Perfectly polished marble surface on one side is juxtaposed with the naturally rough surface on the opposite side of each object, reminiscent of the mountains that the stone came from.

A Space
A Space is a New York-based design & art studio co-founded by an interior designer Anna Aristova and a graphic designer Roza Gazarian in 2016. Their one-of-a-kind functional art pieces are an attempt to bring in the timeless beauty of nature to contemporary lifestyle, whether it’s functional furniture or a decorative object. The essence of each of their creations is a sense of a vast open space, where ideas, thoughts or feelings spontaneously arise and evolve through experimentation and play. Their work is a constant balance of opposites -- improvisation and thoughtful planning, intuition and knowledge, organic and geometric, timelessness and impermanence. A Space is the winner of the 2020 NYCxDesign Award for Best Emerging Product Designer. The studio is recognized in the 2019 American Design Hot List by Sight Unseen. Their work is featured in the various design publications including Wallpaper*, Architectural Digest, Luxe, and Milk Decoration.
