Mid-century modern vanity/desk designed by E. Gomme for G-Plan in the United Kingdom, circa 1950s. This exquisite vanity is a true masterpiece and features four intricately crafted drawers and a central drawer with dividers that create separate storage compartments for your convenience. The drawer fronts feature brass handles that give off a vintage vibe and an elegant grain that only the uncommon wood called sapele can create. At the same time, the piece is supported by four legs adorned with adjustable brass end caps that ensure the vanity remains stable on any surface. The adjustable side mirrors allow you to find the perfect angle for your reflection, while the dovetail drawers are a testament to the traditional craftsmanship that has gone into creating this stunning piece. The African Mahogany wood used to create this piece is renowned for its depth and has been professionally restored to bring out its natural beauty. The desk has been meticulously handcrafted by G-Plan furniture and bears the gold embossed E. Gomme logo, a true mark of quality.
