In her mixed-media artwork "23 V Countercurrent," Rey explores narratives connecting nature, technology and sustainability. Fusing a Postmodern oeuvre of abstraction and surrealism, with a nod to Tiepolo, Constable and Dali, the artist ignites saturated stems of red, pink, and green pigments in a world where color and form flow in and out of multi-perspectives.
