About the Item
A unique and very special vintage piece of abstract brutal metal art from 1970s by Henrik Horst, Denmark. This is a very beautiful and special wall hanging, which has a very Mid-century modern feeling, yet still feels very contemporary. Horst is very well known for his Modernist Brutalist style, with graphic abstract geometric appearance, with fantastic details, some of the metal has been treated and blasted, giving a fantastic effect, one can also use this as candle holder. The craftsmanship on display in this item is very high, the artist has used metal pieces of which has been welded and bolted together, the metal has a fantastic patina and an exquisite finish, this is an eccentric, but still very beautiful piece of art. It is in a very good condition.
