About the Item

We love the design by Boris Grinsson that features on this original first-year-of-release country-of-origin poster for Francois Truffaut seminal New Wave classic Les Quatre Cents Coups (The 400 Blows). A beautiful poster for the bonafide classic. He produced a vast body of work in a variety of genres, including This Gun for Hire (1942), Gilda (1946), The Lady from Shanghai (1948) and From Russia with Love (1963). This original vintage movie poster has been professionally linen-backed and is sized 46 3/4 x 63 inches (plus a a couple more inches for the linen). It will be sent rolled (unframed).
