About the Item

An antique bronze bell reclaimed from an English church marked to F Baker. Dating to circa 1830, this historic bronze has a beautiful patina complimented by its original wrought iron clapper. This bell has both decorative appeal and practicality, used today as it was over 190 years ago. This wonderful bell would be a lovely new element for a period property, entrance to a business or shop, perhaps even a church again.

Good structural condition. No cracks. The bell has a bronze patina. Two small chips to the outside of the rim. The bell is marked '1830' and 'F Baker' to the top.
