Beautiful original Cote Basque French Travel poster from 1952 designed by Jean Garcia. Created for French railways SNCF this poster was part of the post war effort to stimulate tourism for the country.
The SNCF (Société nationale des chemins de fer français) is France's national state-owned railway company and was founded in 1938.
A lovely design with wonderful colours and a poster in superb condition.
This original vintage movie poster has been professionally linen-backed is sized an impressive 24 1/4 x 39 inches (plus a little more with the linen). It will be sent rolled (unframed).
