Large Antique French Tower Clock Face

This rare Late 19th Century French Tower Clock Face is a sculptural piece that once adorned the exterior of a public or municipal building in France. Piece is crafted from hand-wrought iron and patinated tin. The clock's oversized presence and weathered patina make it a standout architectural relic. Clock face features a circular iron frame with bold spade-shaped hour markers, each inset with Roman numerals crafted form raised metal strips. Wonderfully aged patina throughout. The forged iron hands are ornate, showcasing the French metalwork of the time. This clock face can serve as an extraordinary decorative statement-- whether mounted as functional art, used as a headboard, or displayed in any large space such as a loft, a garden, or a retail space.
