This Pair French Figural Carved Wall Decorations With Sevres Style Plaques are made of the highest quality and have a stunning look! This pair is made of wood and has a swedish finish to the carved figural frames. The pair is also equipped with Sevres style plaques inserted into the frames which depict two different two different figural scenes. This pair is perfect if you are looking to bring a luxurious and sophisticated look into your home or place of choosing and will certainly have your quests intrigued by their attention to detail. If you look at the photos provided you will see that these carved carved wall decorations have felt on the bad in order to keep your walls from getting scratched as well as circular hangers making them easy to hang. This pair is most likely from Europe and from the mid 20th century, one nice thing is the fact that this is a matching pair which is hard to come by as most of the time pairs were separated during estate settlements once a family member passed away. This pair is truly wonderful and can be paired with a variety of other styles you may already have in your home. The wall decorations are in good antique condition with finish loss/some flaking to paint as well as light surface scratches and some finish loss and some wear to the porcelain plaques inserted in the frames.
