Good Remembrance Touring Evening.
For several years, on the first or second Friday of the month of NOVEMBER, member restaurants have been engaged in holding a convivial event, in collaboration with the Italian Touring Club, which until 2006 featured the presentation of the foods, wines and tourist realities of an Italian region.
In 2007 and 2008, thanks to an agreement with the Ministry of the Environment and Land and Sea Protection, the theme of these meetings was to enhance the national parks and their most typical products with the project The Flavors of the Parks.
