About the Item

Original French photograph by Angelo Frontoni 1929 - 2002 taken on the beach during the 1955 Cannes film festival. There is a perspex window on the back of the frame showing some date stamp as to when the photo was lent out to news agencies and some photo info. This photo is from the private colletion of Michel Giniès, born in 1952 in Aix-en-Provence he is is a French press photojournalist, initially specializing in photos of show business celebrities. This piece is framed in a Sapele wood frame with acid free card mounts and UV plexiglass. The size given is before framing. The framed size is 15 x 13 in. (28 x 33 cm) This piece would be shipped boxed and sent by Federal Express.
