Exceptionally rare original Russian poster that has only surfaced a couple of times.
Francois Truffaut directed this classic French New Wave film.
The film was widely acclaimed, winning numerous awards, including the Best Director Award at the 1959 Cannes Film Festival.
This film was François Truffaut first film as a director. He also co-wrote it with Marcel Moussy. The film is considered one of the defining films of the French New Wave.
This poster is conservation linen backed and conservation framed in an Obeche wood frame with card mount and UV plexiglass. The size given is before framing the framed size is 46 3/4 x 36 1/8 in. (118.7 x 91.6 cm).
It would be shipped boxed and sent by Federal Express.
